Business Listing Agreement

1. Offer slots and fees

• Listing is free for now. Businesses that submit after November 1, 2026 will pay $199 per business per year.
• Each offer slot costs $199 per year. One slot lets you have one active offer on Offerat.
• To post more offers at the same time, you must buy an additional slot for $199 per year for each one.
• Fees are paid in advance for the full year.

2. Offer guidelines

Every offer you post must:

• Be a real, genuine deal on a specific product or service.
• Show the Was price, the Now price, and the amount customers save.
• Include a real photo of the item or service.
• Be honoured in store exactly as posted, for the full offer period.
• Not include tobacco, vaping, alcohol, cannabis, drugs, weapons, or any illegal or restricted product.

Every offer is reviewed before it goes live. Offerat may reject, edit, or remove any offer that doesn't meet these guidelines.

3. No expired offers

You must not post or keep an offer that has expired. When an offer ends, you must remove it or replace it with a new offer.

If we find an expired offer on your listing, that offer slot will be suspended, and no refund will be given.

4. Exclusive offers

If you provide an offer that is exclusive to Offerat (not available anywhere else), you must tell us before or when you post it. We will verify it and, once confirmed, add the Exclusive badge. Offers not confirmed with us will not get the badge.

5. Customer reports

Customers can report offers that are unavailable or refused. We will investigate, and confirmed problems may lead to the offer being removed or the slot being suspended.

6. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your business details, prices, and photos, and for following all applicable laws.

7. Changes and termination

Offerat may suspend or remove any offer slot, listing, or account that breaks this agreement. We may update these terms, and we will let you know of any changes.
